wall were so thin I think the walls were made of cardboard. we could not sleep all night we could hear all the taps on the walking flushing of toilets from the rooms on both side and the room above us.
the door of our room 214 was cut so short on the with we could see everyone walking passed and also hear all the talking and noise in the hall.
Front desk just looked at me and did not say a word when I told him about the hotel problems.

We have been here several times, staying when we are on a night out in Ottawa. On this occasion, we were given what seemed to be an upgraded room at the front of the building, it seemed larger than the rooms at the rear overlooking the parking lot. It had a sofa bed, and a huge king size bed, good bathroom and was clean and smelled nice. Even though it was the front of the building overlooking Rideau Street there was little or no street noise.
Free parking and a discount for booking and paying in full two week's early made for a cheap stay in a comfortable hotel.
We'll be back.

all the hotels in that area are very expensive so this one was the cheapeast at 108$. no breakfast included but great location.

Stayed two nights for a soccer tournament. They were very accommodating when we needed to upgrade room and request an adjoining room. Price was great as a team price. Not high scale but rooms were a good size, beds comfortable, everything worked and great location to walk to everything (shopping, food, attractions). Lots of parking. Would stay there again under same circumstances.
