We moved and new apartment made me deathly ill had to find a way to move again and fix all involved problems, Stayed over a week in what was like a very nice 1 bedroom with Kitchen, Stove, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, washer dryer. Large LCD tvs in living room and in the separate bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay and helped us get through this hard time. We will be coming back soon. We actually wish we didn't have to leave...

I had the opportunity to stay at the Les Suites Hotel for Boxing day. Our stay was just perfect. The one bedroom suite was perfectly clean and well organised. The front desk personnel was very courteous and seemed to take great pride in their facility. The wireless internet connection was functionning perfectly well and is provided for free. The fact that the hotel is located about 500 feet from the Rideau shopping center was a definite plus for Boxing day.

All in all, a very enjoyable stay and definitely a facility where I wouldn't mind staying for longer periods of time.

This Christmas I decided to spend it with my family in Ottawa and as I had stayed at les Suites before, it was a no-brainer as to where I would stay for my three days in Ottawa. The location of this hotel is ideal, 2 blocks from the historical Market, Rideau Canal, 1 block to the Rideau Shopping Centre, and 5 blocks from Parliament Hill. It is very easy to get to and the parking is indoors.
When I arrived at the Front Desk I was greeted by Cris, a real credit to the hotel. He immediately processed my request and in no time I had keys and a parking pass. From the parking area you enter directly into the hotel and the elevators are right there. My first impressions of the inside of the hotel was that it was in awesome condition and very clean.
I was allocated a 2 bedroom suite on the 6th floor with a view of downtown and the Gatineau Hills in the background. The suite was totally furnished with very upscale furniture including 2 large flat screen TV’s, washer and dryer and a free wireless internet connection.
The kitchen was wonderful with a full stove and fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. There were lots of dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils and everything was spic and span.
When we decided to cook Christmas dinner in the suite, we needed an extra table and chairs and some more cutlery. A quick call to housekeeping and in no time at all we had everything we needed, and thanks to the staff we had a great Christmas dinner with family and friends.
The staff from the General Manager(he even dropped in to say hello) on down were awesome, the front desk even provided my dog Maggie with little treats when she went by, the house keepers provided excellent services. The happy staff reflects in their efforts to please all guests, well done folks

Was impressed with the size of the room! We had four adults in this room and we had so much space. Was really nice not to be tripping over each other. The room was well furnished and had a great view of the market it downtown. Staff was friendly, room was clean and well appointed.

It was a great place to hang out before and after our downtown Christmas party!
