I found everything I needed in this hotel. From the warm and friendly front desk staff to the clean and cozy rooms, the ever reliable internet, the hearty breakfast, access to the gym and pool. I enjoyed the hot jacuzzi which was what I needed after a day out in the cold snow. My favorite hotel. One little thing though - the room was sort of on the dim side. I prefer bright rooms as it affects people's moods.

Stay in this hotel for one night in order to catch up a very-early morning flight.

There are about 3 airport hotels around the airport and I choose this one mainly because I am a member of Priority Club and it is of reasonable price.

Since I arrived late (about 10pm), I do not try the diner at its restaurant and the fitness center but I have accessed its business center - it's great with good Internet connection and free black-and-white printer available!

The room looks very good with comfortable lightning and a good work desk. Check-in is awesome and both the check-in and the check-out are very efficient.

The only suggestion is that the shuttle be better started at 4:00am ET (just like the other two hotels around the airport) in order to catch up the first flight (like 5:30am/5:45am).

Worth staying in this hotel for transit again!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Ottawa for one night in January. Very clean and well kept, very friendly staff. Bed was a bit firm, but comfortable (for us). Very quiet, despite being near the airport. Free breakfast was good - not amazing - but good. At a typical "server yourself" counter, they offered scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, bagels and toast, fruit, and drinks.

Simply the #1 Hotel in Ottawa. I have 101 stays in 3 years at this Hotel and the staff are the best. Thank you to TJ and Anu and all the other staff for making my stays the best. I feel at home at this Hotel. Thank you for the Gift Basket! Happy Holidays!
