we stayed here for a hockey tournament. Rooms were OK, phone did not work to get wake up call or front desk. No screens in windows (we were on 6th floor). It worked for what we needed it for.

This hotel is an embarrassment & shame to any Travelodge I have ever stayed at. The front desk clerk was very unfriendly and the room was disgusting. The carpet was so filthy that we didnt take our shoes off to walk around, and the wall paper was peeling off the walls, not to mention they were very dirty also. The beds are so old that I was afraid to sleep on them. I could go on and on, but bottom line is that I will never stay there again even if it was free. That hotel should be closed for renovations before they let anyone else stay!!!

One of the worst experiences of my travel experience. Carpets were completely stained, the wallpaper was covered in what looked like years worth of beverages and worse. Mould in the bathroom, wallpaper heavily patched. The absolute worst was that the pillows smelled so bad you felt ill, and once the pillows were removed you realized the beds themselves stunk as well.

Glass on the floor, poor lighting, damaged wall, peeling wallpaper and paint, smelly pillows (really disgusting) dirty couch with spill marks, cover on bed with a large burn hole in it, noise from drunks, room service (Perkins) made me ill and the health dept. found issues, the receptionist was obnoxious and rude and unwilling to have the atm keyboard cleaned of the spittal, the ice bucket was cracked and leaked over my laptop and clothes, The carpets are all stained and shoddy. Wynham (who franchaises these) did nothing but pass on mycomplaints and the owners of Travelodge did not answer any of my letters. TERRIBLE!!!!
