Stayed in this hotel during Edgefest 2011. It was a great price and you get a decent, clean room and free breakfast. Nothing really special about the hotel itself and the free breakfast is a great value and has some nutritious food if you like to eat healthier in the morning. If you don't like the food their is a Perkin's right next to it and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

My only real issue was the common areas (stairwell) had dirty dished piled up from someone's breakfast the day before, most likely missed because most people would leave them in their room for the cleaning staff but still they should clean the stairwells. Also I didn't like being on the second floor because it is way easier to pack and unpack the car by going through the patio door right next to my car.

It's a typical near the highway comfort Inn, didn't expect more.

Neighborhood seams strange and unsafe but your only 17 min away from downtown Toronto and the police station is across the street.

Recommend if your looking for a last minute place but not if you want to spend many days in a row.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn, North York the first week of May. It was nice, room was very clean. There was all new bedding which was very nice. The hotel allowed dogs which was a big plus for us. They even had a BBQ that people can use. It is an older hotel but appeared that they have been fixing it up. My only knock on the place is we stayed in room 145 which is next to the maids laundry room. And they started running the machines at about 6:00 am, very loud. It is very close to shopping and easy access to the freeway is is great. I nice inexpensive place to stay in Toronto. It is hard to beat.

Rooms were good.Laundry facilities on property internet breakfast was included restaurants near by and shopping malls closeby Good value.
