My partner and I spent our 10 year anniversary here with their "bliss package". We stayed in the annex room which is located beside the main building above the stores.
I don't know why people complained about this room as it was roomy and had both a gas fireplace and whirlpool.
The spa itself is located below but you need to go outside to get there. But the couples massage was a great end to the weekend.
Zzee's grill, which is the on site restaurant was ok. My partner raved about their lobster poutine.
I would stay here again if given the chance. The staff were also very friendly and helpful

My wife and I checked in smoothly. We booked a suite with fireplace and jacuzzi.
Rooms were 5 star all the way. This boutique hotel is stunning located in the heart of Niagara on the Lake.
We had a spa appointment and as a person who frequents spas regularly, this spa was the best massage I have ever had. This was a treat for sure!!
There is nothing bad I can say about this hotel, it far exceeded our expectations!

We had a wonderful time at the Shaw Club Hotel and Spa. Our "Blissful Stay" pkg was fabulous and the staff were extremely nice. The hotel was very modern and chic. All the little extras made it that more special. Would definitely go back!

This was my second time at the Shaw Club and both experiences were great. This time we stayed in an annex room which, unbeknownst to me when booking, is an older part of the hotel, separate from the new part. Even though the room was not as luxurious as the first stay we were not disappointed. It is a classy hotel with friendly staff and we will definitely go back.
