The location excellent walked to the Factory Outlet Mall ,
Price was very reasonable , Room was clean.Pool was open,

I had a decent stay at the Aston Villa Motel; the room was decent, along with the service they had provided. The location was great, Subway was right across the road and it didn't take quite long to get to the falls. The rate was pretty cheap and the room was decent. I enjoyed my stay, this spring break.

This looks like a Summer Hotel that was never upgraded for the winter.
There was Mold. Floors were damp.
Long extension cord from wall powered the old Oil Radiator on wheels
that provided no heat.
Room did not look too safe to leave anything of value so we locked all
valuables in car when we went out. TV only had local HD channels and
that shut off often.
Internet didn't work all the time and office was closed most of the time.
Sheets on bed were ratted and not fitted on mattress.
This place really needs updating.
Did we think we got our money's worth? No.
If our credit card was not processed before we arrived, we would have declined, but
due to the website we booked from, we would have been charged for that night.

Over all the motel is very well, they rooms are really nice and clean, the service is very kind and courteous, the location I find is fairly decent, the rooms are priced very reasonably, the rooms once again are very nice, and clean, the pool was also very clean and clear, I stayed here with my family and children we enjoyed our stay!
