Comfortable motel for those on a budget. Located close to the falls and downtown. Rooms were nothing fancy but clean. People in the room beside us were noisy but we can't fault the Blackstone for that. Pool was unusable in cold months.

Based on the fact that all 5 previous reviews gave it 5 stars we decided to give it try. Its an older " motel " that has been refurbished. Now I understand why there isn't a photo posted on tripadvisors listing. The word "Inn" made me expect more. The rooms were OK and I have no major complaints for what I paid but it definitely doesn't rate 5 stars.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blackstone Inn. The room was nicely decorated and had a quaint & romantic feel to it. The staff was friendly, the rates were reasonable and the location was perfect for us - close to all the attractions, but set back enough to have a very quiet ambiance to it. We will definitely stay there on our future visits to Niagara Falls.

The Blackstone Inn, was a very nice romantic whirlpool room. They have an outdoor pool and it's within walking distance to downtown so you can avoid finding a parking place. The aviary is breathtaking. As are the falls, especailly at night. Sea world was OK but the extras can add up. The Lego display is very interesting, but a little hard to find.The maid of the mist was awesome, but be prepared to get wet. One of the Big Hotels facing the falls offers a 50 foot buffet in their PENTHOUSE FLOOR at a reasonable price with a lovely view, it's worth asking around about, you'll wanna leave room for their huge desert selection. We stayed 1 night in Sudbury, 2 in Toronto and 5-6 nights in Niagara. With gas, meals, hotel, gifts and sight seeing expenses we spent about $1,700.
