I had passed this place many times when I lived in Hamilton, but had never had occasion to stay there. Now I know why.

I arrived at this hotel late, basically looking for a place to sleep for one night. I should have figured out what I was getting into when they demanded cash up front. The room was filthy, the door lock didn't quite seem to close properly, the bathroom was disgusting and the television got Channels 2-13 - I think. As a bonus, it was noisy all night. I've stayed in some dumps during my travels, but this one took the cake.
