Spent one night in the hotel for a corporate function, stayed in the Tuscan Suite on the second floor. The room was huge, two King beds one in a separate room and a sofa bed, There were two 42" flat screen TV's, a work desk, a small kitchen area that had a microwave, a Keurig coffee machine with pods, a small bar fridge and dishes glasses with silverware.

In the washroom lobby area, in the closet held an Iron and ironing board, and a safe The toilet and walk in shower are in a separate room while the sink was just outside. The shower is a rainfall type therefore very weak water pressure and it is a step in type with no door sealing the shower causing the hot water to cool on your body quickly. The toilet is a dual flush which is good to control water usage better.

The beds were firm and very comfortable with lots of pillows to choose the perfect one for you. The beds felt like they had a memory foam topper which conformed to your body and held you in position.
There were lots of drawer space to store all your items.

The function rooms are of a good size with lots of built-in audio visual equipment.
The food that was supplied was not the greatest, the servers did not know what was vegetarian and what was not, it was also very understaffed which showed in how the servers were not able to keep up with demand. Several items including the pizza were not hot there was no dressing for the salads, and the one sever was trying to service the whole buffet,and the buffet area was extremely small for the number of guests in the room.

The overnight stay included breakfast in the morning at the bistro on the ground floor. When I arrived there were only two plates and no silver wear, there was no butter for my toast, and the hostess was busy chatting at another table and not watching the guests, I had to wait well over ten minutes for a coffee refill. I decided not to tempt faith and left the breakfast unfulfilled. Went to McDonald's on the way home.

This hotel is AMAZING. The look is awesome. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My husband and I were comfortable the moment we walked in. We stayed in two different rooms and they were beautiful. Lots of space. The first night in the grand king room. The next night in a PLATINUM ROOM with a jacuzzi and fire place. The restaurant Baci was absolutely fantastic. The food and atmosphere was awesome. The wait staff were great also. Anything i asked was accommodated. The chef even created a dish specially for me because I wanted to try the feature dish but knew I would have a problem with the peppercorns so he made something a bit different that wasn't as peppery and it was fantastic. I recommend any one coming to Hamilton or Just wanting to get away for the night to try this hotel. It was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!

This stunning BW Premier is a sophisticated, chic, boutique hotel. The clean lines and urban styling create an atmosphere of elegance. Upon arrival my heart rate went up a notch just seeing the building. The architecture is unique and exciting. This is no cookie-cutter boring box. This is as individual as they come and what I have come to expect from any Best Western Hotel.

The interior is as exciting as the exterior. The ambiance of the lobby, the attention to every detail in the restaurant, the quality of rooms and furnishings, made me feel as if I was in a first class hotel. Oh, wait…I was!

I experienced exemplary service and attention from the staff. The front desk (Carlos) was incredible. The restaurant staff (Taylor) was smart and friendly and accommodating. The Chef (John) was eager to ensure I was completely satisfied with every lovely dish. The General Manager (Linda) was refreshing in her attitude and accessibility. The hotel President (Joe) is a hands-on, delightful manager and the face of the Hotel C brand.

I had the pleasure of staying in a Platinum Suite for 5 days. The room was spacious, comforting, business friendly, as my hotel room seconds as my office away from home. There was no stone left unturned in this room. This hotel is Green and typically what I have found in Green hotels is poor lighting and uncomfortable heating/cooling systems that I can’t manage or control. Everything was exactly as it should be – worked as intended – was superb in quality and design.

Staying at over 40 hotels a year I understand the difference between a good quality hotel and an exemplary hotel. I walked away from this hotel having an experience. And isn’t that what this is all about? Our experience. This BW Premier Hotel C by Carmen’s is the experience I have been craving. Do not forget to check out the shows at Carmen’s event center next door. The Motown Show was fantastic! This is the whole package.

My husband and I just recently stayed in a beautiful platinum suite at this gorgeous hotel. We stayed on a Thursday night, so things were relatively calm and quiet when we arrived. The lobby was stunning and the front desk staff extremely welcoming and helpful. When we opened the door to our room, we were floored by the detail and thought put into it's decor. The jaccuzzi was lovely (although a bit loud) and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The two wine glasses and corkscrew provided were an added touch. The large TV over the fireplace was wonderful, although I don't beleive PPV was set up and the Netflix wasn't working. So unless you want to watch cable TV or one of the old movies provided, I recommended bringing some movies with you if you plan on doing some relaxing by the fire. Everything was pristinely clean and very chic.
The only damper to our stay was breakfast the following morning. We arrived at Baci around 9 am and there were approximately 15 people already seated. We were told we needed to wait until tables were cleared and this was totally fine. However when we were seated, there were no cutlery on our tables and no plates were at the buffet area. There was only one waitress working and she clearly was very frazzled and when we asked for plates, bluntly told us that she was working on it. We had to hunt down a cook to request some coffee. Other guests arriving had the same experience. Had there been two waitresses working there wouldn't have been any issues and I hope the hotel works towards properly staffing it's restaurant in the morning. However, the food itself was delicious! All in all, besides the breakfast glitch, this hotel is highly recommended even just for a quick couples get-a-way and we hope to return in the near future!!!
