Went to book in after the local Rotary car show, my husband and I each have a classic car.When my husband went to write down the license plate and he said he had two cars, the owner went nuts,,"only one car allowed" he screamed in a very forgein language and when my husband said "what?" he told us we had to park one across the street at the mall parking lot.Of course thats not gonna happen,, He started yelling at my husband in his native tongue, and pushing him out the door!!Holy PSHYCO!!!!Stay away from this place,, and yes the grass and yard very untidy...Not Good for Penticton!!

Ownership is far from professional, he ran up to my car, fists clinched, screaming that my car radio was too loud. I will admit when we pulled in the radio was loud, but I turned it down as soon as we pulled in. I told him I would do as he said but I would appreciate a different attitude! 3 witnesses came to my defense and all told the fellow to calm down, he continued to yell, then threatened booting us out. I my opinion this is far from the Super 8 Motto. I still cannot believe this guy, I mean we had to call the front desk to finally get our room cleaned after 2 days and then he comes at me screaming bloody murder cause my radio was loud for 5 seconds during the middle of the day!! Cmon, this trip has completly chaged my mind about this hotel chain, and we will be leaving asap

The man thats runs the show crazy ,if you do one thing wrong he will be up in your face screaming at you it's pretty scary to the point I thought I would have to call police.not a very friendly place to stay for the price and hassle not worth it!

We reserved for a week in July 2011. The 2 bedrooms suite would have been perfect for us with 3 kids with us. First, we had to clean the spider web in front of our suite door before getting in. Dirty suite, sink and bath dirty and full of hair. The beds looked really dirty, same for the couch in the living/kitchen. Impossible to get hot water to take a shower.

Service was ok and free breakfast really average but free.

If they update their rooms and clean them, maybe they could still charge 250$ at night. Otherwise, dont go there.
