This place really is a "ray of sunshine"! Hosts Janine and Pat and their friendly dog, Deisel were consummate hosts. They greeted us as we arrived and made us feel immediately at home in their very modern, comfortable B&B. My partner and I were vacationing with my mom from Ontario so we booked the larger, SAGE suite that had two separate and spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and a small kitchen/living room and bathroom. The suite was modern, tastefully decorated and spotless. It would work really well for two couples or a family with kids too!

The B&B is located on the hillside above the Naramata Bench, just minutes away from Penticton and Naramata Bench wineries. The view from this place is incredible! It faces west overlooking spectacular vistas of Penticton Lake, Munsen Mountain and the Naramata Bench. You can sit outside on your own private patio, sipping wine and soaking up the late afternoon Okanagan sunshine after a tough day of wine tasting or biking/hiking the nearby KVR...heaven on earth!

The only thing better than the view is the breakfast that Janine so beautifully prepares each morning for you. It is to die for! It has to be the best breakfast you'll find anywhere. Together, Pat and Janine are a great team and they made every effort to provide us with a memorable getaway on every level!!

What a glorious B &B. We were so happy to have found Brin De Soleil. The suite was wonderful, beautifully decorated and comfortable with everything we needed. The view from the patio over the lake was spectacular and enjoying the delightful breakfast on the patio was so relaxing. Jannine and Pat are wonderful hosts and made us feel so welcome. Diesel, their dog also welcomed us warmly.

My friend first found out about Brin de Soleil on TripAdvisor.com and we booked our three-night stay as soon as we knew the dates we could go. Four of us travelled there (it was the first time in Penticton for three of us) and we were very pleased with the location and convenience of the B&B; it was just enough out of the city centre (a quick 5-minute drive) and en route to the wineries.

We were very pleased with the amount of space and privacy. We booked the Sage Suite which had two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, and kitchen (all amenities except a stove), along with an outdoor patio where we enjoyed our delicious homemade breakfasts courtesy of Janine, our host. We loved taking our time in the morning to soak up the view of Penticton and Okanagan Lake below, along with the sun (weather permitting!).

The owners Janine and Pat were very friendly and helpful, greeting us each morning with a smile and a tray full of the aforementioned yummy breakfast. We were given something different each day.

The free wireless internet made it easy for us to stay connected to our non-vacationing lives. We could also keep entertained with a DVD collection next to the TV and DVD player. Falling asleep, however, was never a problem since the beds were so comfortable!

I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Penticton, particularly people looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway near wine country. Thanks, Janine and Pat!

Our stay at Brin de Soleil B & B was better than we could have imagined. The other reviews are accurate and can be trusted. The location is second to none, with beautiful views of the valley and the surrounding landscape. The point is a beautiful place to enjoy the evening over a bottle of local wine. Our hosts were friendly, helpful, and their attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome and very special. Opt for the breakfast....you would not get a better breakfast in a 5 star resort. There is no doubt that we will be back for another stay in the near future. Excellent!
