Mountain View B&B is hosted by a very sweet family. They keep the accommodations extremely clean and the property's landscaping impeccable. We stayed there for a couple nights in the room with the ensuite bathroom and enjoyed it. The price was right, the location was excellent. We plan on returning on our future getaways to Banff.

The B&B is on the ground floor of this 3 story house. One room has an en-suite bathroom and the other 2 rooms share a bathroom. There is a communal living room which has a PC with internet access (there is also free wifi access) and a fantastic mountain view (hence the name I guess). The communal kitchen has a microwave, coffee machine, kettle and fridge/freezer. The kitchen is stocked with cereal, bread, jams, fresh fruit, milk and tea/coffee and you help yourself at breakfast time.

There is parking for at least 3 cars at the rear of the house and walking to downtown takes 5 mins and has loads of restaurants and shops to chose from. This is a good base if you want to visit the national parks in the south of the Rockies.

The owner of the B&B is really friendly (Australian lady) and came in every day to make up the rooms. The rooms and communal areas were always tidy and clean. This is a good place if you want to come and go at your own time without having to be restricted by breakfast times.

Friendly hosts sharing the back section of their house. Nice clean comfortable rooms and shared the kitchen facilities with the guests in the other room. Self serve breakfast provided. Only a short stroll to the town centre. Banff is a beautiful place.

We stayed at the Banff Mountain View B&B for 3 nights in July 2008. It is located in an excellent location, only a 5 minute walk from the town's many restaurants and pubs. This b&b is really well-equipped with everything you could wish for and a lovely patio area to sit out at when the sun is. The hosts are also really welcoming and approachable. A lovely, great value b&b!
