stayed at cabo in99 it was great food good fun staff, clean room,short walk to beach but it was great

We toured the Cabo Blanco while staying at another hotel. We were considering staying at the Cabo Blanco during our next visit to the area. The room they showed us was small, dark and very musky. The bathroom was dirty-looking. We took a dip in the pool and ordered some drinks at the swim-up bar. There was green stuff growing underwater on the side of the pool. We were amazed to learn that the otherwise extensive list of free drinks available in their all-inclusive plan excludes beer. The staff did not seem terribly friendly. Barra De Navidad is truly a wonderful place to visit, but you'd probably be better off staying somewhere other than Cabo Blanco.

We don't understand, we experience in Cabo Blanco it was unforgettable, never we've problem with the service, the hotel is very clean, the service is wonderful, we recommend to much this hotel.Bye.

The room was filthy, the bottled water was open & used, the rates were high & I received an extra charge on my credit card that we did not authorize. The credit card company investigated & removed it from my bill. After complaining at the front desk about the room, nothing was done. My experience in Mexico was great except for this 1 night. Adios.
