Cabo Inn Hotel looks just like the picture. Great location and an awesome place to stay if you hate those all inclusive "cookie cutter" hotels. It was a great place to meet travelers from around the globe and the cozy atmosphere made it feel like I was visiting a friends house.
We stayed in Palapa one but after looking at the other rooms, I know we would have been just as happy in one of those. However having a private balcony and being on the same level as the pool was a nice idea with a 5 year old. If you do stay in the palapa though do bring mosquito repellant! There were mosquito nets for sleeping, and the hotel even provided an extra one for my daughters cot. The greenery in the hotel was beautiful and I liked the open room concept (there was tree overhanging in our balcony). Nights were noisy, you can hear the party going on at El Squid Roe, but being a seasoned traveler of India it did not bother me or my daughter. My partner however did need ear plugs.
Victor and his family are the best part of this hotel. Victor's mom is really cool and helpful. Victor's wife was absolutely wonderful. Victor got us a great deal on our diving, talk to him for planning your excursions. His wife even watched my daughter while we were diving! (thanks Kanoelani).
If in Cabo again I would definitely stay at this hotel again:)
