This hotel is ideally located just opposite the bus station. If you arrive to Xalapa by bus just walk outside of the terminal turn right and you will see the BW across the street. (watch for the traffic when you cross).
Certainly, it is not a full service first class house like some of BW in the US. The rooms are small, no tv, no a/c or bathtub, but it is friendly, very clean, safe and conveniently located to visit Xalapa, and easily bookable via Internet. So if you are not on a romantic getaway, but on short sightseeing trip, in is the best choice. Xalapa is a strange place, some travellers love it, some hate it, but it definitely deserves a detour, so come and judge for yourself.
