Stay here often. First choice. Wish location had a little restaurants and bars. Near by.

I liked this hotel very much.
The service from the bell boys to the waiters, house keeping and front desk to name a few is excellent. They make you feel very comfortable.
I liked a lot the variety of their complementary breakfast (fruit, vegetables, eggs as you order them, omelette...)
Their facilities have a gym and a swimming pool, everything looks great and is in a very good shape.

I travel frequently, averaging 200 days on the road per year. The Embassy Reforma will always stand out as one of the best! I stayed for 6 nights this month. It's true they have great, modern, spacious, clean rooms which immediately put you at ease when traveling abroad. The Embassy Reforma Staff are the icing on the cake. For me, they make the difference between acceptable and extraordinary. They are earnest to ensure that you're comfortable, to aid you in whatever request you might make, with enthusiasm and passion. It may be cliche, but this is particularly important when you're traveling abroad. You can't put a dollar amount on the added value the Staff contributes to the overall experience. If you're questioning if this is the right hotel for you, question no more. Great rooms, great Staff. Book the room, you'll be glad you did.
