“Good value, Great Restaurant, Friendly staff”

I stayed here for four nights in total on a recent business trip. The hotel is quite small. On arrival, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. A porter takes you and your cases to you room on a golf cart.

The rooms are clean but perhaps a little dated. They are arranged around the pool and terrace.

The restaurant is fantastic. It is located up a couple of flights of stairs, and offers a great view of the city and surrounding mountains. The food was superb. Many options for breakfast, including a buffet with fresh fruit, yogurt and many juices.

The other meals I had there were also great. The waiting staff were polite, friendly and attentive.

I would certainly stay here again.

Dear guest, we thank you sincerely for your comments, Hotel Villa del Conquistador, pleases for being a small hotel because we can give a personal treatment to every and each of our guests and that is something we are proud of. We are constantly making changes in our hotel to keep our guests fully comfortable with everything and try to make every meal as perfect as possible to keep our guests as satisfied as you. Agradecemos sus comentarios, para nosotros cada uno de ellos son recursos invaluables para que éste, su hotel, constantemente mejore. Hemos tomado nota de cada uno de los aspectos que usted menciona para corregir lo que se tenga que corregir y reforzar nuestras fortalezas para que cada uno de nuestros huéspedes se sienta como en Casa.

Aprovechamos para comentarle también que nos encontramos en un proceso de renovación en nuestro restaurante, incluyendo nuevos platillos a la carta del restaurante Los Alcatraces y también en nuestra carta de room service, le aseguramos que en su próxima visita podrá comprobar de la notable mejora tanto en alimentos como en atención.

Estimado huésped, una de las políticas de nuestro Hotel es ofrecer calidad en el servicio al cliente y que haya una relación honesta entre el costo beneficio, el principal objetivo es que usted se sienta cómodo en nuestras instalaciones, le comento que el hotel cuenta con productos de primera calidad.
De la fogata a la cual usted se refiere, es el Temazcal en el cual se realizan ceremonias tradicionales completamente mexicanas, como parte de nuestros servicios de innovación dentro de nuestras instalaciones.
Lo invitamos a que regrese y tome un Temazcal para sentirse en armonía, renovado y en tranquilidad consigo mismo
