“Billed as a "resort", but it's not quite”

This property was probably resort quality when it was built, but is now a bit dated. The rooms are large but somewhat spartian. There is a shortage of electrical outlets (I had to crawl behind the TV unit to unplug the coffee pot to plug in my computer (wireless did work well) and had to unplug the alarm clock to plug in an iron later). The staff is friendly and accomodating. The hillside location is nice, although many rooms from what I can tell have no view. Good restaurant on site, but little else walking distance from the property. They have a pool and a number of resort options for purchase that I did not try. It was a good place for me to stay on business, but it would be fairly low on my list of vacation choices.

Dear Steve, was a pleasure to serve you during your business trip, take into account the comments regarding the details of the connections of light, we are constantly renovating our facilities to provide quality service.

“Good value, Great Restaurant, Friendly staff”

I stayed here for four nights in total on a recent business trip. The hotel is quite small. On arrival, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. A porter takes you and your cases to you room on a golf cart.

The rooms are clean but perhaps a little dated. They are arranged around the pool and terrace.

The restaurant is fantastic. It is located up a couple of flights of stairs, and offers a great view of the city and surrounding mountains. The food was superb. Many options for breakfast, including a buffet with fresh fruit, yogurt and many juices.

The other meals I had there were also great. The waiting staff were polite, friendly and attentive.

I would certainly stay here again.

Dear guest, we thank you sincerely for your comments, Hotel Villa del Conquistador, pleases for being a small hotel because we can give a personal treatment to every and each of our guests and that is something we are proud of. Agradecemos sus comentarios, para nosotros cada uno de ellos son recursos invaluables para que éste, su hotel, constantemente mejore. Hemos tomado nota de cada uno de los aspectos que usted menciona para corregir lo que se tenga que corregir y reforzar nuestras fortalezas para que cada uno de nuestros huéspedes se sienta como en Casa.

Aprovechamos para comentarle también que nos encontramos en un proceso de renovación en nuestro restaurante, incluyendo nuevos platillos a la carta del restaurante Los Alcatraces y también en nuestra carta de room service, le aseguramos que en su próxima visita podrá comprobar de la notable mejora tanto en alimentos como en atención.
