The service and attention to detail by the staff at Velas Vallarta is phenomenal! This is by far the best all-inclusive vacation I have ever taken. Pilar, Karyn and Rosie - thank you so much for helping make Becki's birthday special and for all of your fun and insightful recommendations (Where are my glasses?!? ; P) Gilberto took excellent care of us at the Aqua Bar, too. We will defiitely be back and will recommend this trip to all of our family and friends.

One of the things we enjoy the most on our 5 stays at Velas Vallarta is spending time at the beach and pool. One of the main reasons that we enjoy our time there is the friendly and professional service we receive from Jacinto. He makes it the best!

Just returned from our fourth visit. What a great resort! The grounds and pool areas are very well maintained and you cannot ask for a better staff to make your trip memorable. The food is as good, if not better, then any resort in Mexico I have visited. I rate the food and service as `Excellent'. The pool staff is very attentive and you do not have to move from your chair if you do not want to. They will always be there to take care of you. The one person that made our trip outstanding around the pool was Jacinto. You cannot find a better person to take care of you. When you go ask to sit in Jacintos area and tell him he was recommended by Ken and Sheila and Senior Larry and Heidi. He will take very good care of you. We will definitely return to this resort!!!
