I can't think of one good thing to say, except the weather was nice.
Our room was not clean upon arrival. The only good thing the hotel did as far as service is concerned was upgrade our room for us.
The food was not good, and mostly cold. Saying it was not good is as mild as I could possibly phrase it.
The pool area was crowded and over run with unruly kids. The parents should be ashamed of themselves.
The beach was not restful as you were constantly being hounded by vendors. I was recently in Punta Cana and the vendors were friendly and if you told them no or not interested they left you alone. Not here.
At the end of the stay I asked my friend if he knew what he knows now and was offered this trip for free would he go? The answer was an immediate and emphatic NO!!
While I am not happy with the money I wasted the time is even more important to me.
Do yourself a favor and go any where else.

This hotel offers excellent service, friendly staff, and great location and beach front for fairly low rates. The rooms all have ocean views, private decks, the most comfortable beds, AC, marble floors, and high ceilings. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Acapulco seems overlooked for how unusually fine it is, and staying at this hotel enriches the overall experience.

I just recently got back from Acapulco and stayed again at the Copacabana. The hotel although situated in the heart of Condesa Beach, is still relatively private and offers great ocean views. Many of the staff speak fluent english. The food is plentiful and decent. The entertainment team conducts great daily activities everyday and the Mexican Fiesta night on Friday is a great show, with authentic Mexican food. The hotel is very clean and if you any concerns the staff do whatever they can to help you. Ihave been going with the same group of friends and they like me return to the Copacabana becuase for the money and value, there is no better place.

I have been to Acapulco many times in the past and have always enjoyed the excellent service wherever I have stayed, however I have never been more pleased with the service I experienced at this hotel. Always, with no exceptions, everyone we were in contact with were professional, knowledgeable, caring, concerned with our comfort, and friendly. I would stay there again if I am lucky enough to visit Acapulco once more. I have been involved in the Hospitality Industry most of my working life and think anyone working in it could learn so much about how to deliver outstanding service by staying in this hotel. It started at the airport with the driver for the hotel, and continued on with Parme who checked us in and never stopped.
