We stayed for 4days 3nights, hotel is very good. It has all amenities like Swimming pool, tour information desk, internet, very good breakfast and good receiving staff. Overall i was satisfied with the hotel.

the main reason why we chose to book this hotel was because of its location , which was great .It had everything you need , mcdonalds ,local restraunts, tour desks and street shoping and many more . i enjoyed my stay here ,the pool was great and ideal for children. i recommend this hotel especially for families. the hotel food was satisfactory ,we enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back soon

The main reason I am writing this review is to alert members that the rooms to the left end towards the Peace Resort side are very noisy since a late night bar/club is located there. Since the rooms are not sound proofed, one does not get to sleep till the wee hours of the morning.

The location of this hotel is great for getting to pretty much anywhere in Ao Nang (though this comes at the price of noise at night) and the price is middle of the road, between cheaper guesthouses and more expensive resorts.

The bathroom was big and the bath itself appeared quite new. The separate shower, however, was coated in mildew. Drains in the bathroom smelled horribly, and sometimes were so bad we left the room. More problems with smells at the pool (though nowhere near as bad as the bathroom drains) - it looked clean but didn't smell clean.

One of the only hotels we stayed at in Thailand that charges for wifi - and it's more than just that. The wifi is accessible via prepaid cards purchased at reception that charge by the minute and require logging out on a special screen. Which is fine in theory -- except if the hotel's wireless goes down (and it did frequently during our stay), there is no way to log out and your time counts down to nothing. Upon explaining this at reception, I was told there was no option other than to purchase more time. So very frustrating and unnecessary, since most hotels and guesthouses in Ao Nang don't charge for wifi at all.

When booking online, we could book the room with or without breakfast. We booked without as we would be out early in the morning, but it is worth noting that the add-on price we were quoted for purchasing breakfast in the restaurant should we change our mind was considerably less than the price we would have paid for having it included with our room (even accounting for the price of 2 breakfasts for 1 room) so if you are considering the same thing I would go for the cheaper option of paying for your breakfast at the hotel.

Do bring your own mosquito/fly repellant if you are bothered by them - we had many in our room and the lobby and restaurant are open so they are there too.

Overall, the rooms and location give this hotel the potential to be an absolute gem but too many cut corners make it poor in comparison to similarly priced hotels in the same region.
