Nice place if you want to relax...Restaurant is great, they have an overlooking view of the ocean with big flat screen television and also a karaoke. resort has a nice covered swimming pool well lighted during night time,Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are all air conditioned, with hot and cold shower and a private veranda just outside your room. The place is beautiful my family and relatives had a great time and everyone enjoyed. We will back soon!

we booked ocean bay on the strength of their web site & because it is close to the family.
the pictures & description on the web hve no relationship with the reality of the place.
when we checked in 2 lads assisted us with our luggage to the room, which is the only plus point.
the room had not been prepared for our arrival, was dirty with dead cockroach on the floor, the 'white' sheets on the bed were at best grey,
the 'kitchen' has no utensils, kettle, cooker or microwave, indeed a notice forbade cooking in the rooms.
the curtains were ancient, the telly had not been installed & the lads had extreme difficulty trying to get it to work. the lock on the door was very dodgy & the key was already bent. the outside areas looked unkept & in part dangerous.
as it was Sunday we attended church in the afternoon & on the way back booked in to Bodos and immediately transfered.
even though we hadn,t used the room they refused to refund any of our 2000peso deposit. we will return to Dalguette but will not even set foot in Ocean bay ever again

The food and other services are way overpriced. The hot tub in captains room number 43 had no hot water and whirlpool controls came off in my hand. They played vidioke all hours super loud. The staff is awsome though went out of there way to serve, and the rooms where comfortable and clean.

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel last month. We planned to go for a road trip going south of Cebu. We booked in the resort since some of my friends referred the resort to us and it is convenient for our trip. Rooms are simple and clean, staff in the reception are very approachable and friendly especially their housekeeping staffs. Foods are great very affordable and delicious. The best thing is that they have free internet connection in all rooms and also free usage of computer in their restaurant with karaoke system and a big flat screen in the gazebo for movie watching with nice and relaxing view of the ocean. They have also motor scooters for rental and as well as speedboat rental. The resort is nice if you want to relax and have privacy not like other resort very crowded and has many things not allowed to do. In the resort as long as you pay for your stay it's like your allowed to do anything you want no restriction. Definitely be back next time with my friend.
