I were in this B&B 4 yeas ago and save this address. This September my parents took trip to Italia and they didn't miss a opportunity to stay there. Vanni was very friendly, available to help them and provided exceptional service. His councils and care have helped to save them money and time. Although the B&B is a 20 minute bus ride from Venice, the buss station is near the B&B. Vanni recommended a great pizzeria.

The rooms are set around a courtyard and are tastefully decorated with a modern chique feel.
My wife wanted to stay another two weeks, just for the hospitality and the breakfast.
Spinea is the stop just outside the Venezia City bus line, but Geovanni can give you the full low down on how to use the Venice card to it's fullest.
The "helpful" information we received just made our stay.

Spinea is the perfect spot for driving to such places as Cortina, Treviso, Asolo,Bassano and Lake di Garda, it is also only 30 minutess in the bus to Venice. The town of Spinea has good shopping and some good restaurants at reasonable prices. Our host was charming and very helpful and knowledgable with touring advice

The place is located 20 minutes from Venice historical center. Direct bus run every 15-20min.

The rooms are renewed and very clean with good air conditioning and free wi-fi Internet connection. Rich and varied breakfast and free parking.
