We enjoyed our time at the Cove. The atmosphere is sophisticated and elegant. It is much more quiet than the rest of the resort. There is a private adults only pool area with a DJ spinning music. We liked having Mosaic downstairs for breakfast.

All the rooms are suites. We enjoyed the spaciousness of our suite and bathroom. No jacuzzi tub - but a nice soaking tub. The bathroom amenities are Red Flower all natural product from New York. I like them so much I intend to purchase them when I get back home.

The only negative is that apparently it's ok to smoke in this hotel, and our next door neighbors were smokers. I woke up a couple of times in the middle of the night thinking I was in a nightclub, we hate cigarette smell - so that was a bit frustrating. My husband started rolling towels and putting them across the door frames to block the smioke. That seemed to help.

I work for an airline and let me first tell you that Nassau is by far my favorite Carribean destination. I have been to the Altantis numerous times in the course of a three year span, once at the Beach Tower, once at the Coral Tower, and once at the Reef. Now, 6, yes 6 other times all at the Cove. I would reccomend, and have reccomended this property to anyone and everyone. The Cove entrance is a magnificant, calming breezway with relaxing water and the faint noise of the ocean in the background. Once you get there and see and hear all of this your troubles are instantly gone. All the hotel staff at the Atlantis is friendly and helpful, but the Cove staff goes a bit more beyond welcoming you and making you feel right at home. The rooms are spectacular and the bathrooms are gorgeous. The turn down service is probably one of the best, most consistent I have experienced in my 5 star category stays at other resorts. The Atlantis is known for its many activities and events, however as you walk the property from say the Beach tower, up to the Cove, you notice the music transition and the mood turn from high energy and fun, to one of relaxation and peace. It is considerably more money, however its well worth the splurge. I am eagerly awaiting my return trip in September.

The hotel was really quite this time of the year. Great time to be there as there was no wait for anything.
I was initially a little worried by the pink exterior, but that changed quickly. Great foyer - you knew that it was a good hotel straight away. Felt tropical and high end immediately. Quick check in and the staff were friendly from the door to reception.
There is staff everywhere here and at the rest of the resort. They are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. This is the best service I have had anywhere.
Really large and extremely comfortable room. Two large TVs. Huge bathroom with excellent toiletries provided. Balcony gave me great views to the harbour and over the ocean. Only two issues were the poor water pressure and the hard bed.
Hotel has a private pool with beach front cabanas. Pool is kid free. Pool area is again high end and has food, bars and gaming tables.This is more the couples hotel than the family hotel.
Good - if slightly overpriced - restaurants. Mesa is on site and the buffet is great for breakfast. Also plenty of places to eat at the other hotels or at Fishfrys. There is some late night entertainment at the casino although the nightclub is closed during the week.
The attached resort area is great fun. I felt like I was 12 again on the water slides. A great place to take the family.
I have always avoided resorts, because I thought I would get bored, but I could see how you could have fun here for a week. Highly recommended.

The public areas are stylish and welcoming. The room was gorgeous with a wonderful view. The bed is shockingly hard, however, and there is absolutely no water pressure in the shower. I dreaded washing my hair because it was so difficult to get the shampoo out with no water pressure. The food at the resort is great, but quite expensive. Lots of fees added to the room rate at check-out. Overall, I was surprised by the lack of friendliness of the Bahamians, especially the women. Smiles were an occasional encounter.
