We had planned on staying at this hotel but once we arrived it was obvious we made a mistake. We got our key at the lobby which was rundown. the pool area and pool chairs were dirty. As we entered the room my first thought was not bright and cheery as the photo's showed. The living room couch was deeply bowed,smelled of mildew, just not very inviting. The back bedroom ac was ready to fall in, louvers were missing from closet doors, blinds were missing. Holy smokes. I'm otta here. We did not stay and found a place at best western bayview which had 2 nice pools and clean rooms. We 've stayed at a few carribean islands and never had a bad experience till now for an average priced room. Sunshine Paradise Suites needs a complete overhaul as does their web-site. The pictures shown are very decieving.
