My stays at Villa la Cage are always amazing! The rooms are clean and the staffs are friendly. Staying at Villa la Cage is like a home away from home. The owner is extremely friendly. He takes time to get to know his guest as well as going out of his way to ensure t heir stay is as comfortable as possible. The hotel is idyllically situated, between the cliff end, (the light house) and the main beach strip. There is a small beach which is 3-5 mins walking distance and about a 5 minute car drive from the main strip of beaches and night life. There are also ample shops and bars which are within walking distance. The hotel also boasts its own restaurant and bar. The food is authentic and quite simply amazing! If you want to experience the true beauty and fun that Jamaica is renowned for then Villa La Cage is the ideal place to stay.

my vacation at villa la cage was an expirience i would never forget the staff is very friendly,awesome jamaican food,very nice pool with fresh beautiful clear water, pretty good view of negril from the balcony of the hotel, the bar has various choices of beverages. i also spent many nights on the balcony playing a game of pool.

Simple and tidy accommodations, fresh linens daily. The owner is delightful, helpful and friendly. In my opinion it is preferable to stay at a place like this rather than the "inclusive" resorts that are basically walled communities where you can't enter unless you are a guest. If you want a little more feeling of what life is like for Jamaicans - stay at Villa LaCage.

Excellent location, right near the beautiful beach. Close to ricks cafe and the local supermarket Hi-Lo. Nice air conditioned room and comfortable beds. Always brilliant home cooked food. Brilliant prices for people on a budget. Would much rather stay at a place like this than the other way over priced large hotels. Would recommend it to anyone. Will be going back next time I'm there!!!
