I stayed here for two seperate 8 day stints this summer. Both rooms were clean with comfortable beds and had the advertised AC & TV in good working order. The room with the small kitchenette was terrific. I bought some food & beer from the hi-lo grocery store so I could make 1-2 meals/day in an effort to save cash. The stove top is fine but the oven wasn't working so keep your meals simple. The fridge kept the beer nice & cold.

The people there are very friendly and Coletta's restaurant has great food. The location is excellent being right in the middle of the beach strip. It's a three minute walk to Alfred's and close to Roots Bamboo too.

The stay a DreamsNegril was just like the title it was a dream.My stay was short but sweet. I felt it was a place home away from home. The area was a good location and walking distance to all attractions within the area.Ex the beach, souvenir shop and nightlife events.

I stayed at Dreams Negril for the Appleton Temptation Island (Red stripe Treasure Island) weekend...and the accommodation was very comfortable and convenient. I was never too far from anywhere on that strip of resorts. This was a home away from home experience without the expensive frills.

I am definitely booking them for next year's weekend vacation in Negril.

I stayed at Dreams Negril in July 2009. Location,Location,location The hotel is very well situated off to the side of the main road it’s a family run hotel with the staff polite and friendly. It is close to restaurants, other hotels and the downtown area where you can get groceries, its literally 3 .5 min walk from door to Beach across the road. The rooms are good as the decor reflects the thought process that went into this little gem, they are very clean. Our room has a refrigerator which was really useful for keeping food/drinks, flat screen TV with cable channels, beds were very comfortable and firm, We had an alarm clock ,which came in handy after very late nights out. The bath/shower has these big anti skid designed tiles ,which makes it quite safe “no slipping”. The breakfast from Collettas restaurant was part of the price very hot and tasteful not expensive .There is a little patio area for hanging out with friends. The room rates are affordable, the family will guide you about local activities, there is a snorkeling trip which is available run by captain Craig that is just out of this world for me as a first time.Lets not forget alfreds on a Tue/ fri/and sun night live show with band great music.
When we stayed at the hotel, it was Really Quiet I would say this hotel is ideal for couples , or those who want to relax both with or without the family but not for families or people with more expensive tastes looking for an all inclusive,there was no internet access, but was told coming soon. If you are looking for a great little hideaway, clean place to stay that is right across the beach, then this is a great little hotel.
