“Don't waste your money and vacation time”

The hotel itself looks nice, but service is not personal and is rude. It makes you feel like you owe them something and will make you wait till they are ready to serve you in their leisure time.
Pools were nice and clean and have bars in it.
I did like my room - we had a suite, hovewer you should expect cockroaches and other incects in your room. When I complained I was told that cockroaches are common creaturers.
The food is awful. The only bright thing is they have alcohol in the room.

Me and my two daughters (14 months and 2 months) stayed here for 2 weeks as my dad was getting married, it was beautiful, everyone is friendly and will do anything for you, would def go again, beautiful hotel, beautiful everything, best holiday of my life, even with 2 babies xxx
