I was booked at a place in Negril for 7 days with a group of 12 - had some issues in Negril so at the last minute I booked two condos at El Greco Resort. The staff was very helpful and the location was perfect. The view was really wonderful, breakfast was included in the cost of the stay and access to Dr. Cave beach. We had a full kitchen and were able to have a group meal both nights. The staff was very attentive and provided us with everything we needed to create home cooked meals.

My husband uses soy milk and the staff even was able to accomodate that request. I would recommend this location for anyone staying in Montego Bay.

Please do not expect North American quality; but the El Greco was fine for us and, yes, we would go back there. It has a great location - close to the airport and right by one of the nicest beaches in Montego Bay and the El Greco provides free access to that beach. The El Greco has air conditioning and free wi-fi and even provides a computer in the office for guests. The staff were all very nice. There are security guards all night. Breakfast is included. I recommend this place for your consideration. But again, do not expect what you will get at an expensive and/or all-inclusive place. This is more for those on a budget. It is worth the price. The rooms also include refrigerators and stoves and a modicum of kitchen supplies.

I have been to El Greco before and didn't mine our stay. I would say not much have changed since we were last there 2007. They still offer breakfast and passes to doctors cave beach with your room. Its not a buffet breakfast or even a continental but it is fresh and tasty. It is mainly Jamaican with a few other choices such as an omettle, toast ect.

The resort could definetly do with updating of their manchester, rooms and appliances. However the staffs are lovely, the best I found in Jamaican. Nohingt is too hard, they try and acommodate your every request.......well done guys!!

In concuding,I have stayed in some of the best hotels and worst hotels around the world you get what you pay for......E l greco is reasonable value for money.

Should be rated higher, could not complain at all.
A hotel just 10mins away from Mobay airport. Not on the beach but has a lift which delivers you to the main strip on Mobay.
Great accommodation for those who appreciate the simpler things in life.
Breakfast was tasty. Once seated fresh fruit is provided with fresh orange juice. I did not try the traditional Jamaican option but it looked good and the American option suited me; Egg, bread/toast and bacon.
Towels were provided.
Great views of the coast; Doctors cave.
When first arrived got a kind welcome call from reception to check I was settled ok.
The shop is open from 7am-11pm, sells everything you could possibly need.
Rooms are simple but very accommodating and comfortable with a small kitchenette/ breakfast bar.
Would stay again.
