I think its a shame you charged me twice for hotel i booked double occupancy for my sister and myself for &804 by the time i get there the clerk said it was &1008.00 But when i check my bank statement i was charged twice that amount plus other things i did not buy have us sleeping on tile floors Tile is for hitchen or bathroom To use the garbage pail we had to go to the bathroom You mean you couldnt even give us a box of tissues in the room The comp. breakfast was like nothing You charged me twice for that I will stop payments until this is straightened out i am a jamaican not a tourist i camme to my neices wedding

Amazingly peaceful & quiet in the midst of the big city. We have stayed 3 times over the last 5 years & will likely be there again in Feb 2012. Rooms were clean and comfortable and lounging around the pool is restful with good service from the bar. Loved the restaurant. Front desk service has been uneven, sometimes fine, other times a little slow or surly
Overall this hotel has been a pleasant experience, especially for the price.

The first visit here was so great that I returned a second time. However, I was greeted (or rather not) by a miserable-looking desk clerk who clearly hates her job and could give a hoot that I wanted to check in. After swiping my card she just tossed it on the counter rather than hand it back to me. When we finally did get our room, it's not what we'd asked for. After a long day of travelling we went to the property restaurant where we were blatantly ignored for nearly 40 minutes. When my spouse gently called to a waiters attention he got "the hand". Although we were paying customers we were treated as less-thans. The next day, we got neither our wake up call, nor our key deposit. There was no desk clerk to be found. Never again, you are a shame to the industry and country.

I stayed for 4 days, 1 day near the pool. The room w many mosquitoes then the 2nd night, so noisy up to 2am w noisy music. The worst service in the restaurant, better not go to this place. I pity myself with their very poor service, no value for money, better improve, please :(
