Our first room wasnt that nice but once we upgraded the room was vary nice. We stayed two weeks at be live. Staff at be live was great. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone. There were many locals that stay there and party in weekends.

Hello! I looked at trip advisor before booking my reservation. However, I wanted to see for myself if the hotel was nice or not. The room was dirty and the bed was VERY uncomfortable. I did not feel safe at night because my door did not close all the way and the deadbolt lock was broken. I will NEVER stay at that hotel again!!!!

OK. So i just came back from the Be Live Hamaca yesterday Feb. 6, 2012. I travel every week on buisness, so when i say this hotel is the worst, take my advice. This is not a 3 star, more like a 1 star at best (Is there such a thing as a 1/2 star). No A/C for the first 2 days and had to complain to a manager to get it fixed. No hot water for the first day and NO water preasure in the shower. The front desk people are USELESS and SLOW, they dont want to hear about your problems!!! I wouldnt feed the food to my dog. The buffet was awfull, and all the drinks are watered down. I have been to other hotels in DR and were completely pleased by the accomidations and help. Remember the old saying........you get what you pay for.

And 2nd week in punta cana the resorts was nicer but staff was way better at be live. For the all linclusive at be live for the 4 of us 1000$ and for the week. Week two 2000$ for thethe week. Definitelytake not a 1000$ better. Staff at be live was great. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone. We stayed over christmas. Plan on upgrading room we were upgraded free our room was overbooked. There were many locals that stay there and party in weekends.
