“Amazing Vacation - you are well cared for here!”

We stayed at Cobbler's for 11 nigths and will be back. The hotel is exceptional and the restaurant is the best on the island! We tried other highly recommended restaurants and prefer Cobbler's Terrace above all. The food is prepared with care, the highest quality ingredients and classic techniques that empahise quality and flavour. Our room was perfect - ocean front and contained all the amenities that we expect from Relais et Chateau. The staff are amazing - from our friendly welcoming, to sharing laughs to looking after our departure. We enjoyed several massages in the Spa and they were also exceptional. Thank you to all the staff (Philip, Hazie, Randal and everyone) for an amazing vacation. We arrived tired from our hectic lives but were very well cared for and returned home feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready to jump back into our lives - ice, snow and all! We will return. Barbados is a beautiful island with friendly warm people and Cobbler's Cove is a tropical gem!

“A haven that's hard to leave”

I've been to Cobblers with my family (parents, brother, sister, nieces) several times over the past 15 years - most recently in November/December 2011 - and it's always felt special. Best for people who want to relax and enjoy the laidback atmosphere. (Though there is free waterskiing and boat available for short trips along the coast.) It's not trendy or fussy in any way and that's part of its charm. The restaurant is right beside the sea, and the food very good. It's tucked away and not for people who want to be seen, but I'm more than happy to leave Sandy Lane to the Simon Cowells of the world. The local town is a short walk along the beach, where I spotted an extremely laidback looking Cliff Richard strolling around the streets and chatting to locals.

“The most relaxing hotel we have stayed at.”

We have now been to Cobblers Cove 5 times. Its a small friendly hotel and we always feel very welcome. The location on the sea front is wonderful, great for swimming and walking on the beach. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and amazing food. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Afternoon tea at 4.00 is a treat and a tradition of the hotel, we never miss it.

Room Tip: Garden rooms are more than adequate and quieter. No need to pay more for ocean view.

“Wonderful Gem”

This was our second visit to Cobblers Cove and we were a bit apprehensive that it wouldn't live up to our wonderful memories of the first visit. But not to worry it was just as great the second time. We love the fact that it is small and very unpretentious. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable and with the exception of view are pretty much alike. The staff are wonderful and even if they really didn't remember us from our first visit they made us feel like they did. The restaurant continues to be excellent and we always looked forward to the culinary adventure of the evening. The pool and deck are well maintained and the bar is steps away or the staff is more than happy to serve you at your beach lounge. There's a small reef so were able to snorkel right off the beach. We look forward to going back.

“A charming quaint hotel that has a wonderfull atmosphere.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 January 2012

We poped accross to cobblers cove from where we was staying for lunch which was excellent. Bryen their cheff who we met is such a nice man and will do his best to accomadate your foody needs. So we decided to have our christmas dinner and boxing day lunch also the food was superb.

The hotel is set out in such a way as that all rooms either upper or lower open out onto either garden or beech. You just slide open your shutters and walk out its tranquil and delightful and has such a chaming personal atmasphere you just feel rested which is kinda the pont. Now if you are like me I'm quite a fussy traveller and need a comfotable bed and pillows when I travel infact I often have to pack my own pillows just so I know I will be ok but this hotel has a pillow menu that will offer several types of pillows from firm to latex even a body pillow which is great to snuggle up to if either prgenant or just on your own. Honestly this pillow menu is a big deal to many and I applaud them for having it. We stayed just the one night as guests of the management who we befriended Randle and Jenny and can I say what lovely kind generous people they are, and this hotel is a testement to them because now I have met them a few times this hotel definatly has there personallity stamped on it if you haven't yet had a chance to stay there or eat there maybe give it a go, you won't regret it.
