Sunscape is the perfect place to be in Bermuda. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The room was very well maintained, clean, and had everything you needed in it. Marilyn and Wendel are fantastic host and love to have people stay in the beautiful home. Whatever we needed, Marilyn and Wendel had it for us. My husband and I went on this trip together, but I am ready to book a girls trip to go back and hit the beaches.

This "B&B" is really a room rental inside a residential house. The location is on a top of a steep and winding hill. It is a 15-20 minute walk down the hill; it is 20-25 minute walk up the hill. This property would be fine for a couple who rents a scooter. Otherwise, it is inconvenient for catching buses and taxis. Owners are pleasant. The owner buys a few pastries for you as the breakfast with coffee/tea available inside the room. Bathroom is not attached to the room. Air conditioner inside the room. There is also a balcony to enjoy the view. Good for an economical stay; if you have a larger budget, or desire a more convenient location if not renting a scooter, I would suggest elsewhere.

We found Sunscape through a for rent by owner service, and were drawn to the location and the deal. The view from the room is by far the best in Bermuda and bettert than what the pictures lead you to believe. You get an almost 270 degree view of the island, with both sunrise and sunset views from your balcony on a daily basis. Marilyn and Wendel were incredible hosts and so helpful with ideas of where to go and what to see. The pastries in the morning were a wonderful treat and helped get us through to lunchtime. The bed was so comfortable, the room was clean, and overall the house was gorgeous. If you decide to stay here you will need a scooter or a new pair of walking shoes, as it is at teh top of a hill. The south shore beaches are very very close, and so are some wonderful restaurants. Our weekend here was more relaxing than most of our trips. Whether it was because of our hosts or the great location, we do not know, but we will defintiely consider staying with Marilyn and Wendell again in the future.

There were 12 of us traveling to Bermuda for a Rock Climbing trip and though we weren't sure of what to expect we were all pleasantly surprised. Marilyn Eve is an amazing host with a house to match. She always made sure we had everything we needed and was available at all hours of the day or night. Thanks for an amazing trip and we will definitely be coming back.
