Well I cant say a bad thing about these apartments, they are cheap for Altinkum, 5 years old so everything around the apartments is still like new. The apartments are fully fitted with everything for a self catering holiday, hairdryer the lot!
The pools are fab and were not over crowded, we went bank holiday August.
The only downside to the apartments is the pool bar, it is overpriced considering how cheap Altinkum is. The food was nice but I think they need to reduce the prices more and I think more people would eat there for a snack. But do the Turkish night on a Thursday, such good fun and the bar staff get to know you a bit better too.
The hill to the main area is a bit steep if you are not able bodied but all restaurants do free taxi service.
Top tip for Altinkum: do not take Lira with you, go to Dolphin Silver Jewellers and they will give you a lot better rate than the exchange places, plus once the man gets to know you he will always give you a better rate. (eg 2.60 in england, we got 2.80 in Altinkum).
Oracle office is on site, dont use them for transfers as they are dearer, Iona Travel is £7.50 each each way to Bodrum.
A must do in Altinkum is the Jeep Safari, this is money well worth spent.
We are going back next July again

These apartments were fantastic, costing only £20 a night, it was an absolute bargain!
There are two pools and generally one of them is empty if you fancy a nice relaxing swim. The beaches are a bit of a walk, but only about 10mins away.

Have nothing negative to say about it !

NOTE - Avoid Altinkum during their public holidays the beaches are 'rammed' and many of the Turkish are EXTREMLY rude.

Excellent accommodation within easy reach of beach & hussle n bussle of dolphine square n clubs

I stayed in Royal Marina appartments with friends in Oct 2010. Although the weather wasn't brilliant we made the most of our holiday and had a great time. Oracle who manage these appartments organise lots of trips at very good prices. The complex is very clean and well maintained. There is a bar/restaurant on site and an excellent bar & restaurant just opposite the main entrance which was very handy at lunch time. There is also a 24 hour supermarket opposite the entrance to the complex which sells all your basic needs. There are 2 pools onsite however I never actually ventured into them. The town of Altinkum is close by, approx 5 - 10 mins stroll and Third Beach and the new marina are also within walking distance.
