To all those weary travellers out there Janalli Gardens is the best Tranquil place that we have enjoyed staying at. From the most generous hospitality of our hosts Allan and Phillipa and the warm gentle Ambience of the Oriental room then add the glorious scenery ,so do yourself a favour by refreshing your body,mind and soul to unwind and have a relaxing time. A Heart felt Appreciation to Janalli,your wine was a good drop too! cheers

Room Tip: the oriental room had an inbuilt gas log fire,kept room warm and cosy

“Peace, tranquility and great seervice”

Our four night week end stay was one of the most peaceful and yet invigorating few days we have experienced. Our room was light filled and spacious, it had plenty of cupboard space, was well equipped with quality fittings, large comfortable bed with a selection of pillows and quality linen, plus many extra little touches including interesting and thoughtful decor. The good sized bathroom was sparking clean and included all that was needed, with plenty of shelf space for all our essentials. We spent many pleasurable hours wondering around the wonderful gardens and enjoying the tranquility and fresh clean air, even though it was raining we still enjoyed the changing views as we moved from one garden to another. A wonderful breakfast made from local and home made produce was served in a light and spacious sitting room, which included all the entertainment features that would be needed. Phillipa and Alan are gracious and friendly hosts, who provided all that we needed for a memorable weekend, many thanks. Ron and Ai Lin, Melbourne, Vic

Room Tip: Two rooms overlook the garden and have a veranda as well as access to the spa.

Thank you for your very positive and thoughtful review. We really appreciate you taking the time to do this. Thank you also for the photos which we will use as soon as possible to share the beauty of our spring gardens with others. We really enjoy having guests for extended stays as it means we can get to know you better and share not just Janalli but the wider West Gippsland area with you. “Janalli Gardens - the perfect weekend getaway”

Thanks for your hospitality Alan and Phillipa, it was a most wonderful trip. Service was excellent and the food was perfect.
The garden was very beautiful and we had a great time taking pictures and exploring the place.
Highly recommended. One of the most tranquil and peaceful weekends we have ever spent.

“A Garden Paradise”

Our night at Janalli Gardens was not long enough. Phillipa and Alan are to be congratulated on the attention to detail they have created in the beautiful B&B. Everything from the quality linen, to the interesting artefacts, the provision of books, DVD's, cd's, fresh flowers in the room; all the extra, elegant touches that make a stay away so much more special...And, of course, the sumptuous breakfast, consisting of mostly home-grown or home-made produce is something to visit for in itself!
The great feature of Janalli, however, are the magnificent gardens that they have so lovingly and incredibly planted themselves. They are an enormous credit to them and a thrill to see the variations and diversity in the planting and styling. We would highly recommend a visit.

I am so pleased that you enjoyed your visit to Janalli and in particular the garden in all its spring glory. We loved having you both visit and do hope we see you again. As I write this I am looking over the garden which in the early morning these days is sheathed in mist which gradually lifts as the sun hits the garden. We are very lucky to be living in such a beautiful place and are always delighted when our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

“A splendid state of art garden with warm hospitality”

Thank you for the hopsitality from Alan and Phillipa. We did have a nice
and relaxing few days at your B & B place with your state of art and
tranquil garden, cosy setting, food and an extremely friendly and
affectionate dog, Biri (hope I spell his name correctly). Hope to visit again.
