weither you are with a friend, spouse with or without children...Nachsholim Resort is heaven. I loved our room facing the sea. If you are the type of person who loves the sounds of the waves going to sleep and waking up then Nachsholim is an ideal vacation spot! You can be a beach bum or tourist, delicious food, friendly & helpfull staff.

Nachslolim will (b'h) hopefully be the location for my sons Israel Bar Mitzvah party.

Come to the Kibbutz Nachshholim Hotel (also known as the Nahsholim Sea Side Resort) for the beach and the peace. We traveled with 3 adults and 3 kids under 12 years old. Our travel agency booked two family rooms. These included a bedroom with a full size bed and a living room with a twin bed and a sleeper sofa. A door separates the two areas. This was a perfect arrangement for our group. There was also a tiny kitchen area and a basic bathroom.

Our particular bungalows were not hotel or motel style, but instead like a duplex with two or three single level rooms sharing a strip building. Access is easy to the beach and to the main building and restaurant. Hammocks, chairs and tables are available outside. While very clean, our two rooms were a bit dated and somewhat dark and damp. The air conditioning worked OK for the main room, but left the bedroom warm, even hot if you shut the door.

The service was fine, no problems at all. The included buffet was fine, too. Fresh produce and decent food, but nothing special. The staff spoke English well enough, which was good because there seemed to be only a few tourists from outside of Isreal at the time we stayed here.

The beach was spectacular. Not crowded at the end of June, though we were told it picks up the following week when school is over. The sand is perfect. Plenty of umbrellas and a nice bar, too.

Overall, a pefect spot to enjoy the beach. We had ideal weather in the 80s with a lot of sun. While the rooms could use some modernization, they were fine. Overall, a very nice stop and I can recommend it for families. I'm not sure about the value, as it was included in our tour package.

this is best beach in israel. also great location since easy trot to haifa. zicron yakov 10 min drive, very charming village with restaurants, winery. an artist village nearby, too.

we had 2 seaside rooms. rooms are ultra basic, aging, need makerovers, but clean.

breakfasts decent, typical, no better or worse than other hotels. staff friendly. we were only non-israelis staying there. this is NOT a cheap place to stay, but they can charge top-dollar cause best beach in country.

the front desk gave me a card that had daily meal times printed on it.. Shabbat breakfast was different than the rest of the week and that was indicated on the card, but when we got to dinner on Saturday evening at 7:00PM, we found out that dinner was actually from 5PM to 6:30PM. The cafetaria offered to feed us with what was left, but with dietary issues we elected to eat elsewhere. The front desk was not concerned at all about their error. The food was poor to fair. Lots of unidentifiable foods. Rooms were OK, but lots of sand on the floor. Expensive compared to other kibbutz hotels. We will not stay here again.
