Stayed at Playa Concha Resort for two nights in Mid July 2008.
Overall is quite clean. No offensive smell. Plenty of off-street parking. Really close to the beach (across the road).
The only problems we've encountered:
- the TV put out a loud high pitch sound. Likely due to the internal radio broadcast of their in-house movie system. It was so painful - we missed out on TV lounging time just because of the annoying sound.
- the shower pressure noise. Just couldnt get it right. it stutted or just had that noise when the pressure isn't right. This happened both morning, afternoon and night. So it wasn't because other people were using their shower also.

“Great location”
We stayed in Hervey Bay on our way to Fraser Island.
This motel was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and we were able to get a complimentary upgrade as it was a quiet time for them.
The room was large and the kitchinette was good. The bathroom was quite large.
The beach was just across the street.
