Have just come back from a 2 week stay at this hotel. After reading some of the reviews I was a little nervous before I went. Well I didn't need to be, the hotel was fantastic, set in beautiful grounds, just a small walk to the beach, it was never crowded as it is only the guests from the hotel that use it. There is a huge canopy shade and sun beds at no extra cost. You also get towels included which you can use by the pool or take to the beach. There is a beach bar serving food from 12 till 4pm this is part of the hotel and it great especially for the children who always want more food at lunch time.

The staff work long hours and are very friendly especially the animation team and the bar staff. The Entertainment in the evening isn't the west end but is great and the children enjoyed the mini disco. There are mainly Germans and Russians here but that didn't bother us at all and the children were happy playing with them. The pool is lovely and there are a few games that the animation team play with guests during the day.

Our room was great, there were 5 of us and had a 2 bedroom room, air conditioning was also good in the room.

The bus service that runs into Manavgat and Side is excellent and only 2 lira each.

The food was good, salads are excellent and we always found plenty to eat, very good value. All in all an excellent holiday and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

If you have to choose a cheap holiday and you will go to holiday with your 4-10 years old children you can consider this hotel..Otherwise never never never...We are a Turkish couple and decided to go on a vacation spontaneously, thats why we could not find any available hotel rather than this one. When we entered the hotel we understood that we are at the wrong hotel for us... Meals were bad, our room was bad and our telephone was not working, our lamb at the bathroom was not working, and the shampoo box was empty..Moreover the room was not clean enough..But since we had paid when we entered we had to stay...All of the beverage (alcohol or non alcohol) were the worst of Turkish brands which I have never heard before.. No real fruit juice, beer is the worst of Turkey... All the other drink (rather than coca cola) is very bad brands...

But if you have a children btw 4-10, miniclub is very successful to entertain them..But this does not change the bad meal and bad drinks...

Have a nice holiday..But not at this hotel..

Just going to stay away from this hotel the photographer's assistant as well as the animation team require to be changed, the food is poor, the entertainment even worse, certain areas of the hotel are dangerous for young children, advise you look for an alternative!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

We went for a week of 'do nothing' and thats exactly what we did, our kids are 10 yrs and 6 yrs, they loved it, the food was good but repetative, the entertainment team was great, the gardens were fantastic, the rooms are basic but very clean.
All the staff work so hard and are very friendly, there is a lady who does Turkish pancakes down by the beach, they are lovely.
The only downside I would say is the Germans and Russians, they can be so rude and miserable, pushing in queues and when the staff go out there way to help or cook for these people dont seem to know how to say thankyou or smile even in thier own language.
Having said that dont let it put you off this hotel is a lovely place for a week of relaxation.
