We were very disappointed with the hotel after reading such good reviews. We stayed half board but could not eat the food most nights as at best it was luke warm, mostly cold and very greasy. W|e thought we paid for a sea view suite but were given a room with a view over wasteland and a busy road with a small glimpse of the sea. The room could not be classed as a suite, it was an average size and the third person in our party had to sleep on a sofa (not a pull out sofabed) which was very uncomfortable. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, as was the barman. The waiting staff though were very good. The hotel is new and the pool area is lovely but the area is poor with nothing to do and the hotel has nothing to do there. definately not a 5 star. I would not recommend

We arrived late evening and there was no help with luggage. ,We had a nice sea view room,which was of good size with a kichenette including a full size fridge which was useful. The dining room was purely functional, without any ambience. There was a good selection for the buffet style breakfast but evening meals again buffet style, were not to the standard hoped for. The dining and bar staff were efficient and very pleasant. Whilst it was advertised when we booked there was no evening entertainment and the hotel became almost deserted after dinner We experieced flight problems for our return and reception staff were totally unsympathetic and unhelpful with the problem.
We would only recommend the hotel on a B&B basis utilising some nice local restaurants for other meals

We stayed towards the end of the season 24th Sept to 4th Oct, this one of the best holidays that we have ever had, special thanks to all the staff George in the Bar, and Cristina, Reah, Nicki, Efi and Mannolis in the restaurant, will be back to see you next year, with much love Lesley and John

Nice spacious clean rooms, beautiful pool, difficulty in handling luggage, no real sea view,
Dull food,( nevertheless, very amiable helpful and cooperative waitress in the dining room.)
Weak point- the reception desk. Dull and inaccurate recommendations as to traveling around. Overcharge for services which were not rendered and refusal to refund them. Being easy on the clients expense instead of apologizing and correcting the mistake. We were left with a bad taste. We shall not return this hotel and we will not recommend it to others.
