This is a hotel for families with children. Perfect for small children. The food is very good and tasteful, rooms are clean and nice.
The sand on the beach is mixed with small stones. Stones as well in the sea.
Keep in mind that quite likely you won’t be checked- in before 2 PM.
It very easy to entertain a child all day and evening long ( pool, sand pit – fully equipped, restaurant corner for children, luna park, mini zoo, etc..).

the appearance of the hotel is not good must change the building color to become more attractive because it is close to the sea,the rooms were good also the cleaning...........food and staff were perfect *****excelenttttttttt!!!!!!!!night life must be with more activities at 22 o clock each activity end :(((( pools were very clean gyms should be slightly larger

First of all, this hotel isn't in Belek - it's 15Km from it, in the middle of nowhere. You have to take a couple of country bus-es to get to the real Belek.

The hotel has nice amenities, most of which are free. We stayed for a couple of weeks and we didn't get bored until the last days.

The staff is a different story: we waited for 3 hours for the check-in (they have the bad habit of serving customers differently according to their nationality, the germans got their rooms immediately - for example), they took the energy card from the room almost every day (leaving it hot as hell) for no apparent reason and, generally, they seemed to not give a damn about what we needed.
We asked for a honeymoon suite (through the agency) and we got a double room with separate beds. We had to argue with them for half a day before they changed it.

The food is good - but nothing out of the ordinary. You have to be there early, otherwise you'll wait for several minutes at the back of the line (self-service and no rules, there's a huge line instead of one for each course). But the management doesn't care, right?

We won't be returning here.
