There are many facilities at this hotel and some very pleasant, helpful staff working under the constant pressure of the comings and goings of tour groups. Rooms are clean and adequate but take a headtorch if you want to read in comfort as the lighting is dreadful. Clinic on site is very good. Wifi works in the lobby - and you can only have one room key. Buy your drinking water from the 'market' in the basement. Food variety very good with some excellent local produce. If your Turkish is non-existent and your English is not understood, try German. Not sure how one reviewer reached the hotel from the airport in 40 minutes - allow an hour or more if the traffic is heavy.

Enjoyed a lot, food was fine, fresh fruits, nice salads, too much meat on the menu, just one or two options for fish lovers. garden was nice, pools were clean, the beach was quiet and fine.

What we liked mostly about this hotel was that it is smaller than others in the area, therefore less crowded. Our rooms were clean and nice and located in one of the side buildings, which was clearly an advantage - it was quiet...The room faced a side alley, lined with huge banana trees - such a nice view from our balcony! The food was very good, diverse and tasty, and the staff was helpful and friendly, although they speak mainly German and Russian, and very less English. This is usual for many hotels in Antalya. Being a smaller property, the entertainment options are not so many, but the open air cafe with small tables on a lawn and hammocks among the trees is lovely. The animation team was great, so that our kids had an excellent time!

Stayed for 9 nights in Belek Beach. This is the one of best hotels we stayed during past 10 summers in Turkish riviera.
Room was big enough and clean (cleaning was done on time)
Food was standard for 5 star hotel (almost same as in previous hotels we stayed)
Beach was clean and well maintained.
Staff very friendly and helpful
Animation team good (seen better)
