Stayed for 9 nights in Belek Beach. This is the one of best hotels we stayed during past 10 summers in Turkish riviera.
Room was big enough and clean (cleaning was done on time)
Food was standard for 5 star hotel (almost same as in previous hotels we stayed)
Beach was clean and well maintained.
Staff very friendly and helpful
Animation team good (seen better)

Belek Beach Resort Hotel is perfect for families with small children. We have 2 children (3, 1 y.o.). Advantage is very short transfer time from the Antalya airport (about 40 minutes)
The food in the hotel was very good, also served food for children.
Personnel was very helpful and they were still smiling and keep asking if everything is OK.
Almost all animations were in German language, but animators were young so no problem to speak with them in English too.
Surrounding of the hotel was very clean.
Also perfect for kids were water slides.
Just two negative things - sea looked very dirty...from a distance it looked brown.
And second negative thing - the hotel was full of Germans and Russians and they were preferred over the other nationalities.
But generally very good hotel for a perfect vacation with children.

I booked two family rooms via tourist agency Avio Express (Bosnia and Herzegovina). When we arrived, both rooms were occupied and, in spite of our showing the vauchers with exact date of booking, the staff told us we would get our rooms tomorrow and offered us very small ones (not acceptable for a family with small children) very far from the lobby. Since our tourist guide was in other city and didn't want to help in resolving problem (this is a failure of the agency), we were arguing with the staff for hours and managed to get a "villa" which was under construction, but much better then the previously offered rooms.
The next day, we finally got the family rooms. They were really small and my advice for those looking for family rooms is to take 2 rooms instead of one family, if possible.
Hotel itself is perfect, rooms are clean, staff is pleasant, the garden is extremely beautiful and looks like a real park. Sandy beach is very nice and clean, 1 minute away from the hotel, walking through a beautiful garden. Food is excellent, there were always many different choices every day, and every night there was something special (like Mexican food, Italian food, barbecue...), million different cakes for all. Take care of earning kilos! In the day, there were Turkish traditional ladies making very delicious specialties in front of you. Restaurant and dishes are extremely clean and the staff very professional.
The location of the hotel is quite good, since Belek is a village with nothing special to see. There was a large shopping center very close to the hotel and nothing else. But anyhow, you have everything in the hotel and no need to go out unless you wish to see something else.
Entertainment is perfect and it was my great holiday in spite of the problem with the room.

We found this hotel absolutely great. It was really, really clean, and the food was absolutely brilliant - very varied and enought to satisfy everyones palate.
The only downside on this hotel is the location, there is no where to roam outside the hotel, and there were not many English families there. Hence the evening entertainment, which was geared towards children, was mainly in other languages - also it finished at 10pm each night.
But all, in all, we will deinitely go back, and the villas which were newly built just outside the hotel were fabulous, we got upgraded to one during our stay.
