Positives:

The hotel is located above one of the most popular beaches of the island.
The view is good, for some rooms it great.
It is a new building. The rooms are "modern".

Negatives:

Your room is few to many stairs up. If your room is 40 and up, you are out of luck.
You WILL have to carry your luggage up there, on your own because the hotel management refuses to hire a person at least for arrival and departures to assist you.

WiFi is promised for all the rooms, but few if any have it.
Protest and receive no response.
On a hotel that charges 120 euros per day I expect WiFi (especially when promised).

TV is not my thing during vacations. But for some is. To have poor TV reception is unacceptable. And on top of that when 9/10 of your guests are non Greeks how difficult is it to have few non-Greek TV stations (especially when offered by a Greek cable company)?

The bathroom window is sealed. I asked "why" and was told that it is "common practice." Mind you, there was no ventilator in that tiny bathroom. That means your bathroom's air comes from your bedroom. (When I say "bathroom" I also mean "toilet).

Finally, hotel management should understand that people who come to this island are likely to stay up beyond 1am at night. That means it is quite possible that they would like to sleep after say 8am. It is unacceptable that the house-cleaning stuff makes all this intolerable noise early in the morning, waking up the guests.

The hotel is situated very near the beach. The hotel offered free shuttle transfers to and from Far Out Village (where the beach, restaurants, cafes, club are situated).
There was no wifi available in our rooms, so that was sort of a let down. Wifi was only accessible at reception.
There are no lifts or anything of the sort, so you had to lug your heavy suitcases up a lot of white stairs to get to your room.
The room was reasonably comfortable with a reasonable view of the beach down below. However, the bathroom could be improved. The shower definitely needs an improvement in my opinion. The shower was too small, and I kept bumping myself against its walls. It was a bit a struggle learning how to get the right water temperature. It also seemed as if there weren't a lot of hot water at times.
No point watching TV, as there wasn't a lot of channels to watch in our room.
The people at reception were always making personal phonecalls, when I went down to see them, so service could be improved.
The only great thing about this hotel is the location in regards to its proximity to the beach.

Upon arrival at the ferry port we were greeted by employees who directed us towards shuttle vans that transported us to the hotel at no charge (same for the return to the ferry). The service at the front desk during our 3 night stay varied but they were always friendly.
The room was spacious, clean and quite modern. The only complaint about the room was the size of the shower.
The hotel is located ½ way up the hill (5-10 minute walk) from the beach and about a 20 minute walk from town. The hotel pool and bar were gorgeous but the highlight is the beach (nicest we visited in Greece). There are many restaurant options down by the beach and in town. Nightlife in town was amazing.
This hotel was the best of both worlds, as there was the option of lying by a peaceful pool and going down to the village on the beach to party. No real complaints about the hotel or service as we had an excellent stay.

eThe room was nice and spacious as opposed to some other European hotels. If you like the beach, watersports, and tanning the hotel is perfectly positioned for that purpose.

The wifi internet access hardly ever works. In fact, it works better on the beach than in the hotel's lobby. In the rooms, or anywhere where there is also a plug-in, the wifi does not work at all. There are computers in the lobby for accessing the internet though. This was an extreme source of irritation during our stay.

There were lots of ants in the room when we arrived. We complained to the hotel staff about them but they simply blamed us for having food in the room. The ants were very annoying - they were in the bed, shower and on the desk.Little to nothing was done to solve this problem during our stay.

The shower leaks onto the floor of the bathroom thus soaking any clothes left on the bathroom floor. Otherwise, the shower is nice and spacious.

The bar/restaurant is average. Everything is relatively cheap. The mixed drinks were wildly inconsistent but the food was extremely good.

On the whole my experience was below average.
