I stayed there for 3 nights. The 2 mature gentlemen running the "hotel" were so friendly, helpful, polite without any intrusion at all. They cooked whatever you'd like for breakfast. I have been part of the hospitality industry since 1969. These gentlemen excel at what they do best. I was taken to the wrong hotel & was delayed for 3 hours. They were both at the front door of the hotel to greet me with coffee & a snack. Don't think twice about going there. Parts of Santorini can be a little less friendly but I can without any hesitation highly recommend this place. All resort hotels have small problems at times but usually nothing that can't be fixed given time. It isn't like a big city where there are servicemen on call 24x7. I found if you mentioned any minor hitch they were straight onto it. The bus into "town" leaves quite regularly & there is a few small shops nearby incl a small mini market very nearby & a place that sells bread, post office services & Western Union agency right next door. There was a personal touch at Santa irini that other similar places just don't have.

In a few words, we want to show our "gratitude" for a verry "pleasant" and "peacefull" holliday spent in that miserable hotel called Santa Irini from Perisa , Santorini . We want to advise anyone who wants to go there that they have to show no trust to this Hotel because it's a tricky presentation there. The panoramic 360 dgr view from the website it's from some other place. The hotel is owned by a old lady who lies you in the face regarding all kind of problems. The water sistem of the pool is broked and there is no water in the pool but the offers still includes this pool . The "walking distance" from the beach which the operators said it is 350m in reality is about 1km. There are also other problems but the idea is to keep away from this hotel. We booked this hotel at JEKA Turism and they booked at GATS Travel Greece. Both operators has no idea what they are selling. After our complains they just "played tennis" with us. Also you should keep away from those "operators".
