I stayed here with my boyfriend at the beginning of July, and had the most amazing time!! Nikki and Lisa were the best hosts ever. Nikki picked us up from the port and took us to the hotel. It is right near the port, only a 5 or 10 minute walk or so. As soon as we got to the hotel, Lisa gave us a map and went through our location and told us about the best spots to eat, about the nightlife and things to do and see. Both Lisa and Nikki were so helpful and were there for us anytime we needed them of had a query. They made our stay!

The hotel itself was was well kept and our room size was nice with a balcony. The pool was lovely but we were out and about (we rented a quad) driving around seeing the island that we only used it on our last day. We totally recommend getting a quad, there is much more to the island than the town, with the most beautiful beaches a must see!

We had a brilliant time here, and totally recommend to anyone going to Ios to stay here. You wont be disapointed!

Charming family atmosphere and the hotel is perfectly situated near enough to the harbour but away from the Clubs & noise.

We were three Swedish guys in our twenties looking for a party island. We found one on our first try. Ios is by far one of my best stays ever. But it wasn't because of all the party nor the nice beaches, it was because of this family-owned hotel, 600 m from the port.

After spending two weeks last year (2009) on a party hotel on Ayia Napa, Cyprus, we wanted a more quiet place on this trip. Brothers Hotel was the perfect match for us. Close to the beach (5 min walk), close to the party (in Chora, 15 min walk or 5 with taxi) and a very friendly and loving family helping us with almost whatever we wanted. Niki and Lisa recommended us to the best beaches, the best restaurants and the best sightseeing if we asked. And when we got there and told the owners about Brothers everyone knew about Niki and Lisa. They helped us if we wanted a taxi or rent a car, and even drove us by themselves when it was necessary.

When we got to Ios we planned to stay there for 3-4 nights. It became 8 nights. And when we decided to go and see some other islands Niki and Lisa helped us with the ferries and recommended us to hotels on the other islands (Santorini and Mykonos). Our plan was then to stay on Mykonos the last 4 nights of our trip, but when we got there our longing for Ios was too much so we packed our bags and went back to Ios and Brothers Hotel for the last 2 nights! In other words, a total of 10 nights on Brothers Hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful with a nice pool, Wifi/Internet connection and a good parking spot. If you're hungry Lisa will make a good dish for you (I loved the burgers with cheese and bacon on the morning after a long night out). The rooms are nice with good beds, TV, kitchen, fridge/freezer, Air Conditioner, toilet with shower and room service. I think we got the absolute best room on the hotel because it was on the second floor with an amazing balcony with grapewine hanging from the "roof" and a really nice view of our part of the island.

Me and my friends recommend Brothers Hotel for everyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing stay on Ios. We felt that we became a part of the family on our few nights there, and what can be better than when you feel like home when you're on a vacation? Thank you Niki and Lisa for everything! I hope we'll see you again some time!

Brothers hotel is a gem in the beautiful island of Ios. Extremely clean, very good location, only 600m from the beach and the center of the port of Ios, very quiet and suitable for the absolute relaxation. But what makes this hotel unique is the hospitality of the owners. Nikiforos, the hotel owner, is amazing. Always ready to help, to tell you where to go, where to eat, to tell you about hidden corners of this amazing island.
He is the true incarnation of the famous Greek hospitality and even if his hotel is found in one of the most famous Cyclades Island he is simple, friendly and kind honoring the tradition of the people of Cyclades.
The words that characterize the hotel are beauty and simplicity. Beauty as the hotel is beautiful and in perfect accordance with the islands architecture and simplicity as it has all the necessary amendments that can make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Ios is an amazing island. Beautiful beaches, great architecture, places of historical interest, amazing Chora [the main village of the island]. Quiet and noisy at the same time. Depends on your mood how you want to spend your vacations. And of course great food [Visit the tavern Suzana in Yialos with her tasty homemade food and you will understand]!!!
The beaches Manganari, Aghia Theodoti, Yialos, Koumpara, Mylopatas are unique! Clean blue waters, perfect golden sand and the beautiful sun of Greece above you. What else does someone needs to feel like he is in heaven.
Visit this amazing island and stay in Brothers hotel. It will be a life time experience especially for people who don’t enjoy sun and sea in their homeland.
