My friends and I initially decided to go to Bamboo Walk apartments as it was in our opinion the best value for money. The pictures were great and the place looked exactly like what was portrayed. I have to say that the service was in no way bad, as we always had a person we could contact, the place was clean and came as described. We had a great time! The staff was responsive and never made us feel as if we were intruding in any way. The pool was clean and neat and the hotel taken care of without any prompting. I would like to see more lighting around the pool though! My family also decided to go also, and at a last minute, Tanja was able to book us up at a great rate without any hassle! Go to Bamboowalk, you will have no regrets. And as for the bad review seen earlier...that man was just a disgruntled fool looking to make trouble! I hope this review helps!

My husband and i decided to try something new and stayed at the Bamboo Walks Apartments for our third year anniversary. I must say, it was the best weekend I've had in quite some time. From booking to departure we were awarded with excellent customer service.

The apartments looked just as the images displayed on the website and it was in no way to our joy, run down, dirty or shabby looking. Our room was clean, the pool was clean, the entire place was pleasant, quiet and the food at the Surf and Turf restaurant blew my mind.

Over the weekend we made a last minute booking with Yes Tourism who was more than happy to accommodate us even at that late hour. Even the tour guides and our personal driver was very informative and friendly.

Our recommendation: we will definitely be going back.!

I planned a vacation with my family to this Hotel.... we made our payment online and headed over.... upon arrival our names were not on their list..... they did not have an apartment ready for us.... as they were trying to sort out our problem we had to pay extra as the woman said that the 'PRICES ON THE WEBSITE WERE WRONG" i mean are u kidding that is FALSE ADVERTISING....... i will NEVER ever for as long as i live go there or recommend it for anyone......

also the photos on the website is totally misleading ... the entire building is run down and has a dirty feel and look.....

this is my personal experience and please take my advise and dont waste ur money

We stayed at the Bamboo Walk Apartments for a period of 2 weeks at the end of August. This was our first time at this establishment following it being highly recommended to us. Having been advised that the apartments were a ‘work in progress’, we found our apartment to be spacious, well decorated, very clean and comfortable and contained everything necessary to ensure that we had a good holiday. It was brilliant and unexpected to have the apartment serviced every 3 days with clean beds and towels. The apartment came with the added bonus of its own balcony complete with chairs, with a view of the swimming pool below (lovely and clean, good size) and the beach at Lambeau a very short drive away. Our hosts, Patrick and Jennifer, made us feel more than welcome right from the moment we met when we were checking in; they could not have been more helpful if they tried and always went out of their way to ensure that our stay was a happy one. During our stay we also made use of the Bamboo Walk Hotel bar and restaurant, which is a very short walk down the road in the direction of the Lowlands mall. The food there is very good and the ambiance is excellent; be sure to go along on a Friday night as this is barbeque and karaoke night! Again, the staff at the bar and restaurant could not have done a better job of looking after us and being friendly and professional at all times; many thanks in particular to Divine, Jerry, Sammy, Andy, Philip and Ronald! We would definitely recommend staying at the Bamboo Walk Apartments to anyone! Many thanks again to Patrick and Jennifer and all their staff for making our stay such a wonderful experience! We look forward to going back there in the not too distant future and seeing the improvements for ourselves, and do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone travelling to Tobago.
