Take care: Photos does not show lack of electricity, water, A/C and other things you take for granted
We arrived 16th November 2011 with a group of 10 persons. Had been around in Kenya for safari, wedding-fest and helping-projects. The end of a two weeks trip was ment to be three relaxing days at the beach by the Indian ocean.
We arrived in the afternoon and were met with a softdrink and told about the nice facilities and espacially the strong mosquito-nets around the beds.
By night the place looked great, but immediately we were all bitten by lot of insects. Very soon the electricity went off, no water, toilets did not flush, mosquito-nets did not cover the beds, dirty water in the pool, no phones in the rooms. When we were talking with the manager and other of the staff, they made lot of stories and lies. I can make this list long, very long, but will try to end it quickly as we tried with our stay.
I was responsible for the group and desided to leave next morning and told the receptionist we would not pay. Then they called the police and closed the gate. After hard discussions for hours we were able to order transport and payed to leave this terrible HELL RESORT.
I'm sorry about the staff here and "all the other guests" only ONE person.
I suggest the real HELL is worse. We were able to escape from this resort.
If you want a hollyday, find another place!
