Loved the location. Couldnt wait to wake up in the morning and have my coffee on the veranda of our little cabin and take in the view of the mountains surrounding the park. The cabin had everything we needed for our 5 day stay, including airconditioner and fans. Pool was great, great bbq facilities,staff were lovely and helpful, location was off the main road in a quiet location beside a gorgeous river where the locals swim to cool down. Shopping centre 3kms drive, and only a 15 minute drive into Cairns city.

A great location right on the edge of the rainforest! This park is peaceful but still only 20 minutes from downtown Cairns. Park is maintained to a high standard with lovely swimming pool and bbq areas. All staff were extremely helpful and generous (we were presented with homemade cakes and cookies for Christmas Day)! Lovely! Stayed in one of the cabins and had everything we wanted. Plenty of walks through the rainforest just outside the gates and the swimming holes of Crystal Cascades is about 5 minutes up the road. Supermarket within 5 minutes also close by. Loads of wildlife within the park itself and this made the holiday for us. Would definatley recommend to others and will return again if we get the chance!! Well done to Crystal Cascades for making a great start to our hols.

Six Stars is the only way I can explain this Park!

Top top location, lots of walking trails, scenic areas such as the Crystal Cascade Falls & swimming holes. Take a hike up to Lake Morris for a tea or coffee. The park is located in a very secluded position surrounded by lush jungle mountains with stars a million at night.

The amenities are 2nd to none, everything clean, maintained & working! Great pool for a nice cool down & great BBQ facilities with supermarkets nearby.

But the main attraction for me was the hospitality of Jenine the Manager/Owner, what a diamond, could not do more for you! Even hand delivered a Christmas hamper for all the campers! Jenine, you get the Academy Award for my money!

The park has a wonderdful natural location and is peaceful but close to all amenities of the city. The park is maintained to a high standard and the staff and owners are friendly and helpful.All the facilities are in excellent contition and little touches such as flowers are a bonus. Look forward to staying again and will definately be recommending the park.
