Very helpful staff room nice & clean, dinner was excellent, a hot breakfast was again excellent......I will stay here everytime I am in North Wales....10/10

Initially I was dissapointed to find that the hotel was next to a very busy junction on the M55, however as faras first impressions go I was completely wrong and unprepared for the fabulous service and hospitality we received.

We paid 79 pounds for a double room which was stylish, comfortable and modern.

The restsuant staff were professionaland friendly and happy to accomodate all our requests.

The front of house staff went out of their way to assist me, (i had forgotten my hair conditioner and despite the fact that the hotel didn't supply this toiletry item as standard the staff provided a full sized bottle of AVON conditioner).

The spa facilities were clean and the staff were lovley and we enjoyed taking full advantage of the pool, sauna and jacuzzi ( all services included in the room rate).

The breakfast was faultless, hot and continental buffet, pastries, cereal fuit juices, tea and coffee etc. We ate enough to fill us up for the day!

i would definately visit this hotel again, We had a great experience.

I stopped over for two nights and must admit these were the most attentive staff of any Holiday Inn in the UK. The service was first class both front of house and in the resturant.
This hotel is located in a good spot for Chester and North Wales situated on the A55.
Thye large bed in room 118 was one of the most comfortable I have used. The food was very good with a wide choice and an excellant selection.

My wife and I are occasional visitors to this hotel, usually in December.
We use the hotel as a stop over when we visit a local theatre.
We have always been greeted with friendliness.
The rooms are of a very high standard and the facilities excellent.
The breakfast has a large choice and the food is very good.
We have always looked forward to our visits and have never been disappointed.
